Any delay from the client’s side may affect project timelines.
7. Materials & Quality
We use quality materials as per the agreed specifications. In case a selected material becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to suggest suitable alternatives with client approval.
8. Changes & Modifications
Any changes requested after project commencement must be communicated clearly. Additional costs and time extensions may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
9. Warranty & Liability
We offer limited warranty on workmanship for a specified period, depending on the type of service. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to misuse or negligence
- Third-party modifications
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Cancellation Policy
Either party may cancel the project with prior written notice. In such cases:
- The client will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date
- Advance payments may not be fully refundable
11. Safety & Site Conditions
We follow standard safety practices during project execution. However, the client must ensure a safe working environment. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural or site-related issues.
