Refund Policy
- Consultation Fees:
- Consultation or initial design fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.
- If a consultation is canceled 48 hours before the scheduled time, a full refund may be issued.
- Design & Project Fees:
- If a client decides to cancel a project before work begins, partial refunds may be issued depending on the amount of work already completed.
- No refunds will be issued for services that have already been delivered, including finalized design concepts, layouts, or purchased materials.
- Third-Party Costs:
- Any materials, furniture, or decor purchased on behalf of the client are non-refundable, as these are third-party products.
Return Policy
- Since most of our services are customized and project-specific, physical returns generally do not apply.
- Any adjustments, corrections, or revisions to completed designs will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution. All disputes will be addressed professionally and in line with the terms agreed upon at the start of the project.
